1.What forms of payments do you accept

2. What are the shipping methods/ charges.

We ship all over USA via USPS or Private carriers like Ups. Please read our shipping section for more.

3. How long my delivery takes?

Usually it takes 3-5 Business days or It depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Please read our shipping Policy for more details.

4. How can I check the status of my order

We will send you timely updates about your order via email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

5. Can I change/Cancel my order

you cannot cancel/change once the order was placed. Any difficulties in placing orders please contact akshayaartifacts@gmail.com or chat with our team.

6. Do you accept Returns/Exchanges.

We make sure that you would never need an exchange. Hope you love the product what you ordered. 

Incase, Any damages during the transit. We will replace or refund them with an opening video proof within 24 hrs. For more details, Please read our return policy.

  7. Is cash on Delivery option available.

Sorry, we don’t have that option.

8. What is sales tax and will it be refundable

We are required to collect sales tax in those states where we are required to do so by law.

Sales Tax is calculated on the total merchandise value of your order. As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details.

The tax is calculated based on combined state and local tax rates, as applicable, and the items you are purchasing. 

In case if you return your item for a refund, the Sales Tax will also be refunded back to your original payment method.
